LiveTV shows "No Items to Display" on FireTV, but works on Web, Android phone, and TV

I recently purchased a Plexpass and HDHomeRun so that I can stream LiveTV to my Firestick when we go on vacation. I got LiveTV working in a web browser and Andriod phone app, but on the FireTV it always gives the error “No Items to display” “The directory appears to be empty”. I thought maybe it was because I had an older FireTV stick so I purchased another and it gives the same error. I now have 3 FireTV sticks (Original, Gen 2, and 4k) and they all give the same error. I asked for help with this months ago and never got any replies. Hopefully this post catches some attention. I can’t be the only person with this error.
