Local access to webUI, but content is 'forbidden' for me

Server Version#:1.18.5.2309
Player Version#:local browser

Hi, For years I have been using Plex with a lifetime plex pass.
It is a dual-server configuration: one with music, one with movies.
If i login locally (192.168.x.y:32400), I can see the webUI. On the left, the locally stored movies (on the same server 192.168.x.y) are not reachable! I can’t see my own movies even when browsed locally. I can however see the other server, and play it’s music.

This is getting real above my head. How do I solve this?

Is there a ‘real’ helping hand at Plex, or is it all community?

I do want to see my movies again, at least locally. If that means ditching remote access, no problem. I think problems started when I activated Remote Access for this server, allthough it did work for a short amount of time.

Servers are all synology DSM6..
Plex shows itself as 1.18.5.2309, DSM6 says it is the latest version.
Both servers are signed in to my Plex account (I did have to repeat the claiming process).

Thank you in advance. I really can’t understand why I can’t see the movies from this server locally accessed directly on this very same server.

I’m sorry.
I just removed the whole DSM package from the problematic server, and reinstalled the very same version (straight from syno’s package center), now it is working again, even remotely.
I didn’t have to do anything more, it was directly signed in to my account.

This is a bit concerning, but working now.

I would recommend upgrading to a modern version of Plex the DSM package is out dated.
