Hello,
With my Shield Pro and DSM 7.1 Synology NAS, I’ve got many many blank artworks.
What I’ve tested :
Prefer local metadata
Plex music & local for artworks
For albums that does not exist on Plex Music database, the artwork remain blank and I have to upload manually the cover which is present in the folder as : folder.jpg and cover.jpg
With old Plex music scanner there is no issue…
