Local channels broken: Hdhomerun works, guide=call letters

I can launch hdhomerun on my roku ultra 4k.. It works perfectly

For many years Plex has been solid. About a week ago, this happened. I rebooted Plex and OS server, upgraded firmware and software for HDhomerun to latest. Rebooted roku device. I went into dvr settings, added a few new ota channels, clicked regenerate guide..

Something i did got it working for half a day.

Today when trying to watch the closing ceremony, it was screwed up again.

Server is 64gb Ryzen 5950x beast with geforce ti 4700 super.

Not sure where to startm searched interwebs, asked perplexity, searched here. No hits.

I’ll try to pull server logs, I’m disabled so it’s difficult to put more than 20 minutes a day into these lovely problems.

Update..
Rebooted system, same result. Tried plex preview and production..same issue.

Restarted roku. Nope.

Also noticed right clicking on the system tray plex icon, clicking open plex, 404 error. Removing everything after the local address and port works..

hmm that doesnt look right.. 4 channels when I have so many others selected?

deleting the DVR and re-adding it. I should have took a screenshot of my recordings…
Is there a way to extract them from a log or DB somewhere?

welp, here are my logs. so many errors, corrupted DB messages.
I have a very old build that has tons of left-overs. i deleted the plug-ins finally, realized they are still there.
Think my agents need cleaned up, I looked for info on correct setup these days, but didn’t find info on this in docs or on forum.
Guess I will start by following the corrupt DB instructions and go from there. Since I seem to be at this on my own

Restore the databases from the backup.

Restore database for a channel problem? Everything else is working fine.
I’ll try cause I have no more ideas.

Update:
So this morning launched production plex player and OTA recordings actually fired last night and I was able to watch them. I was able to watch tv from channel guide.
That was new.

We had to leave, turned player off. When we returned, i launched my remote macro…it launches the preview player for roku.
Went to see if live TV channels were working and again it wasn’t … back to the ‘server is offline’ message but only for the OTA channels. Went back to preview roku plex player and same problem. I’m so confused… I’ll try a db recovery, if that doesn’t fix, I’ll try my backups.

I reset the token for plex, so now my right-click plex in system tray opens the app properly, but this didn’t fix my :NBC is not available - xxxx appears offline" yet it still records OTA.

Checking logs there are no more corrupted database lines. still have to try a restore.
