the issue is that after the update to 1.15.x any movie that I add including local extras show blank thumbnails here are two examples:
I just uploaded my second movie that’s experiencing the same issues. I don’t keep track of updates as well as you, but I certainly never had the issue before and, when I experienced it last time, I went through the entire Plex dance thinking I had done something wrong.
How did you fix this issue the last time it happened?
Sorry, my wording was poor. My ‘last’ time was really only the ‘first’ movie of two. I’m with you in thinking it’s a Plex issue and is nothing we’re doing wrong.
I’m having the same issue (Server Version 1.15.3.876)
Just patched to Version 1.15.4.993, but it’s still the same.
