I’ve run out of ideas trying to fix this and am coming here for help. Ever since I upgraded my PMS to 1.15.2.793 all newly uploaded Plex Movie local extras now fail to display a thumbnail. The file gets named correctly, gets categorized properly, and plays, but does not have any thumbnail. This only happens on newly uploaded Movies after the PMS upgrade, and only with locally downloaded extras. Any troubleshooting ideas are welcome, but I’ve been poking at this for a few days already so I’ve tried a lot of the basics.

Edit: I’m using Plex Server on a Synology NAS.
Same issue here. None of the extras are creating thumbnails.
Did your issue get fixed in the new 1.15.3.876?
I stiil have no luck in this version.
I ended up “fixing” this by downgrading PMS back to 1.14.1.5488. I’ve personally made multiple attempts to get Plex dev’s attention on this issue, and it never got anywhere. I will wait until I see a new PMS version with confirmation that this issue is resolved, before I upgrade again. Overall, I’ve been extremely disappointed in Plex dev’s complete lack of care for this obvious bug.
