I cannot get Plex to read deleted scenes for TV shows. I originally added two files as local assets (Show - SXXEXX - EpName-deleted.mkv) and then updated my TV library to use the new Plex tagging system. After updating the TV library, they both showed up and played. I then added more deleted scenes to the same TV show’s season folder. After refreshing metadata, no new deleted scenes are showing up. The original two that were working still show up, but now they don’t play. I’m just getting an error that their file can’t be found.
I’ve double checked naming and it should be exactly as listed in the guide.
Server: Synology DS418play (DSM 7, latest version).
I have tried this on iOS for iPad and Android Mobile.
