I have tried every example shown, from individual files at the root folder for a show, files within Season folders, files within their own specific Extra Type folder, and in none of these instances does Plex show the extra files in any player – I’ve tried the web app, the Apple TV app, and the Android app.
What did you do after adding the files? IIRC if you added them after initially adding the show, you’ll have to refresh metadata for the show/season/episode (depending on the type of extra) for them to show up, a library scan won’t work. Also make sure you’re using the Plex Series agent, since they won’t work if you’re using legacy or third-party agents.
