Hi,
I’m just trying to get extras to show up in a TV show in Plex, and no matter what I do, they just won’t. I’ve tried renaming and restructuring them in a few different ways (both as show and season extras, using the inline and folder-based methods), I’ve confirmed that I’m using the Plex TV Series agent and that Use Local Assets is turned on, but I still see nothing come up on the Android app or otherwise. The folder structure currently is as follows:
Okay, thanks - I tried both of them, the former didn’t work, but the latter did. That said, I was hoping to have the extras show up on the season or at least the show, rather than the episode, which is where I gather the former is meant to work?
Alright, I managed to get one show to appear with its’ featurette, but then I tried the exact same file, in the exact same file structure, in a different show, and it didn’t work. I also tried it with a different file with similar properties (length, size, etc), and that didn’t work. This seems like a bug to me, but there appears to be nowhere to report that sort of thing.
