app.plex.tv works fine. its the only way i can access my server. localhost:32400 doesn’t load…

There was an issue several months back on Windows, after a windows update, where localhost/127.0.0.1 stopped working. It was fixed, but maybe your system hasn’t updated since that update? Can you access it via http://<serverip>:32400/web? Replace server ip with the ip of the computer.

you should edit your first post and remove the X-Plex-Token.

Do you have any antivirus or security tools/extensions added to your system, if so temporarily disable them. Have you tried using a private/incognito window?
