I recently returned to Florida after 7 months rehabbing from a terrible stroke . I reset the Plex password , and now I’m not authorized to access the server. How can I get back in?

As you changed your password, you probably opted to sign-out all your devices. This includes your server.
In order to sign that back in, you need to access it locally (=via the bundled version of Plex Web from within the same subnet).

If you’re on the same device…

  1. browse to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or click Open Plex from the PMS icon in your system tray
  2. open Settings and navigate to General in the section with your server’s name (not Plex Web!)
  3. click the Sign-in button at the center of this settings page
