Accidently Deleted Server

Server Version#:1.40.3.8555

Hello, any help with this would be greatly appreciated. To preface the following, I am running Plex on an always on i5 1235u mini-PC with 400TB of external HDD"s in a DAS.
Earlier today I had an unauthorized Plex sign in. I reset my password and signed out all devices. Unfortunately, this made my web view on the server go nuts. It could not see the server anymore.

I deleted it from my account settings after not seeing any options to claim it.

I have tried reinstalling Plex media server multiple times, launching it does nothing, and the web view just tells me my home screen is empty and prompts to install PMS despite it already being installed.

I have signed out and signed back in multiple times and restarted the system.

Is there any way I can reclaim my existing server? Short of that is very any way to get the web view to recognize that I have PMS installed and get it to let me start over?
Thank you for any assistance.

If you’re on the server itself, click on the Plex icon in the task bar, or go to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web.

If you’re on a different system, point a browser at the IP address of the server. For example, if the address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.

Also: Why am I locked out of Server Settings.

And: You need to reclaim your server, but don’t dare to touch the Windows Registry

Thank you for the response. I am on the server itself.

Signing it just prompts me to install PMS when it is already installed.

How would you recommend I proceed here? The support article does note that a password reset can cause this.

Thanks again, in addition with the PMS reclaim tool I encountered this “BadRequest” issue when entering my credentials.

It does see my server, though.

That is totally expected, as it signs out all devices from your account. That includes your server.
