Not sure if all the info is correct. I can’t seem to connect my phone to the same account as the one on my TV, no matter what I do. I tried switching accounts and still doesn’t seem to link. I already put in my credit card info and chose a pass but it keeps telling me to choose a pass.

The account you are using to post in this here forum doesn’t have any other devices than your phone and your web browser.
Which means you must be using a different set of user credentials than on your other devices.
