Unable to sign into plex.tv website on multiple devices

Previously, I could successfully sign into the plex.tv website and my account on all my devices. My movies on my Windows computer server played fine on my TV and Android phone. On November 15, 2017, I purchased a yearly Plex Pass and have been unable to login to my account through the plex.tv website or my account on any of my devices. I get the following message “The username or password is incorrect.” I tried to reset my password, but it doesn’t send me an email.

I created a new account with a different email so I could utilize this forum. I am able to login into the plex.tv website and my account on all devices and watch my movies through my computer server. I do not have access to my yearly Plex Pass.

How can I access my previous account with my purchased Plex Pass?

My devices are 1) Windows 10 Home version 1703, build 15063.726 2) Plex Media Server Version 1.9.7.4460 3) Samsung Galaxy S8 android version 7 4) Amazon Fire TV.
