Logging into specific Plex home account

Hi,

 

I have PMS server 0.9.12.3 and Rasplex 0.6.0 on Pi-B.

 

On my server I have home user (managed users) defined. 

 

I connected Rasplex to PMS by providing the PIN at plex.tv/pin. The automatic login is enabled. Whenever I start Pasplex it logs into the master account. How can I force it to log into one of the managed accounts as a home user?

 

I also use Plex client for Android - there, when I start the app, the first screen enables the user to choose the accout and those pin protected can be kept away from kids. I am looking forward for similar behaviour on Rasplex.

I believe functionality for Plex/HT in general--and thus should apply to RasPlex--is that you log in as normal with your master account.  Enable the auto-login option.  Change the user (before you close out of Plex) to the subordinate user.  Next time you log in, you will auto login with the subordinate user.

I will give a try, but it seems I need to install a new skin, as the default one does not have the logout oprion for non-admin user.

OK, I figured it out. 

1. Login to master account, adjust all the settings, enable autologin

2. Switch user to managed account

3. Go one level below the main menu ie. Movies

4. Power off Rasplex

On boot, it boots now to the managed account.

It seems that w/o step 3, the login screen appears with login options.
