This is not possible. You need to select the user first and then input their PIN.

  1. Select user
  2. Input PIN (if a PIN has been set for that user - it looks like you have 3 PINs set).

Try disabling it.

If you sign in with your username and password it will automatically pick you because you just signed in. It will not show the user picker right after you sign in because you are you, other people shouldn’t have your password.

after you sign in if other people are using the device just close the app (do not sign out). As long as automatically sign in is not enabled it will show the picker when someone else tries to use that app.
