Long delays when navigating menus

Problem: There are 15s delays when browsing media.

Typical use case:

- Select Trailers icon from ATV main menu

- My top level directories show up instantly ("Movies" and "TV Shows")

- Select "TV Shows"

- Spinner for 15s saying "Loading trailers..."

- Select a show

- Spinner for 15s saying "Loading trailers..."

- Hit "Menu" to go back to main menu again

- Spinner for 15s saying "Loading trailers..."

Using PMS 0.9.8.18.290-11b7fdd (OS X) and ATV3.

Logs attached (couldn't put on pastebin due to the size).

Are you using a firewall? What happens if you shut PlexConnect down, remove settings.cfg and Atvsettinfs.cfg and restart it?

Not using a firewall. I will try it with the settings file.

Also, it does seem related to the amount of media. The Movies section which contains much less items load much faster than the TV Shows section which contains many more items.

Which system is PlexConnect running on? How about PMS?

First there doesn't seem to actually be a log file attached :)

Second the line "couldn't put on pastebin due to the size" sets alarm bells ringing for me... You don't happen to have loglevel set to High do you. That would be the reason for the large log size and could also be the reason for the slow performance. Loglevel High absolutely kills performance, set it to Off and see if things are any better.

PlexConnect is running on an ATV3 and PMS on OS X 10.9.

I set it to high just to get a log file, but that was just to help with the debugging.
