Long loading times on Plex windows app and Plex web app

Hi, I have been having this weird issue with my PMS recently. When I use the Windows app (Windows 11) or the web app it takes a good 15-20 seconds for the server to load (In settings I can see that it’s loading the server).
When I am on mobile (S20 FE Plex mobile app) my libraries load almost instantly.

My Plex config is on a SATA SSD and the media is on HDDs.

Any help is much appreciated.
