Plex Slow to Load library remotely

Hi Team,

I’ve been running Plex for a couple servers now. I have rebuilt the server a couple years now and I have had a consistent slow startup of Plex remotely. If the device is locally it’s fine, but external it takes a good 10 seconds at least to load. If the app is open it goes more of less straight in. Content loads fast and no issues once the movie or library has loaded.
Im running Windows 10 21h1, but I have tried 1909 and 2004 as well same issue.
The server runs off a router and the vm is running on VMware 6.0.
