I currently have Plex running on Synology DS819+ and am looking on how to copy that set up to a DS220+
A link or if anyone has successfully done this, I would love to know the proper procedure on how to do this.

OK I have followed all of your steps and have some interesting results.
Plex will not pull the movie posters when I am looking at my library.
When I click on a movie it finds the poster and all of the other movie info and displays it correctly.
Then when I go back to the library, that movie appears.
Any idea what is happening here?
I have checked that Plex has R/W priveledges to my media folders.
Tried everything you suggested and am getting the same problem.
I am getting this same error over and over. Looks like it could be the problem.

Any idea what could be causing this? How to fix?
I also noticed when looking at the log for "error"s that it is still using the old server IP for some things. Not sure if that is contributing to this problem. All the shared folders and sub folders and named the same as the original folders on the original server.

Ignore that one. It’s a non-error error. It means, for whatever reason, PMS didn’t like the image so it generated a fresh one. It does happen when metadata is refreshed and new posters downloaded because hash values don’t match
