Lose access to my Plex Server after changing router LAN IP

Server Version#: 1.18.5.2309
Player Version#: 4.12.3

I’ve been running a Plex server in my home from a Synology DS218play running DSM 6.2.3-25426. I recently had to change my router settings as it was interfering with the VPN I use for work. I changed the LAN IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1 - since then Plex can’t seem to find the server.

I’ve tried reinstalling Plex Media Server on the Synology, to no avail. There is a separate Plex server in the house running off my flatmates Windows PC (which I have access to), which seems fine. When I go to my.server.ip:32400/web I can see the other server/media fine, but I can’t see anything about my main server.

If I change the router settings back to the original 192.168.1.1 address, everything works fine again, but it prevents me from accessing my work VPN so not really an option.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.

I followed the steps, but when I get to step 6 and sign back in, http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web just prompts me to ‘Add you media to Plex’ and ‘Get Plex Media Server’. I can’t see any server settings, just settings for Plex Web.

Thanks, logs attached

Hmm, sorry I’m still getting the same results.

I’ve uploaded a new set of logs if that’s any help

Ah! Solved it. Synology was having network issues and couldn’t connect to external network. I changed the Preferred DNS Server to 8.8.8.8 and that seems to have sorted it.

Thanks so much for your help!
