Losing Connection to Server off/on for past week

Server Version#: 1.18.5.2309
Player Version#: QNAP TS-453Be - 4.4.1.1146

Plex Media Server Logs_2020-02-09_17-52-35.zip (5.6 MB)
No issues up until last Tuesday. Validated Port Forwarding is turned on and correct. Remote access will randomly turn off. If I disable/reenable it from the Plex settings, it works fine for a few hours then happens again. Also tried starting/stopping the Plex service on the NAS, also works for a few hours then loses remote access randomly. Tried rebooting server, again remote access works for a few hours then drops.

Server Version# 1.18.5
QNAP TS453Be

I also have the same problems. For me I needed to stop Portforwarding 32400, and then starting it again. Now it seems to be working.

But i think its the last update that is the problem. Now when I remote access my CPU is 97%, before update 6%. 4K directstream now craches my Nvidia shield… I would gladly pay for a Plex without all the bugs.

Is there a way to downgrade without losing metadata?

Server version# 1.18.5
QNAP TS451+ (x2 servers)
Plex Server for Windows (x2 PC servers)

I also have same problems with all four servers.
Saw on other posts that downgrading versions over top of current version on Synology NAS causes no issues or loss of data.
My problem is I don’t have and can’t find anywhere here an older version for Windows, 1.18.2.2.needed for NAS, not sure of # for Windows. Anyone got a spare copy?

Update :::: I was able to roll-back /down-grade to a working version 1.18.0.1944 on QNAP. Just remember to STOP server prior to installing older version (retains all metadata files), NOT remove (deletes all metadata files and starts a new fresh server).

I’ve had stability for the past couple of days. No issues with losing Remote Access.

I am appreciative of the support offered on this site, but a little disappointed in the level of communication and support from Plex when issues arise.
