Server Version#:1.25.3.5409-f11334058
There have been 2 server upgrades since this version was released and when I install either version it kills plex relay service. I downgrade the install back to 1.25.3.5409 and the service is restored. I’m behind a double NAT and cannot use the Remote Access and rely on the relay service to access my library outside the network.
Is there a way to report a bug to Plex, or does reporting it on the forums auto do that?
it appears this is being addressed with the latest public release of PMS (version 1.25.4)
That’s the thing, in the latest version 1.25.4.5487 it is not fixed. My relay service is still not working and have to downgrade back to 1.25.3.5409 to get it working again.
I have the same issue. My remote access worked flawlessly for over a year until a recent update. Downgrading to 1.25.3.5409 gets it working again.
