Lossless Audio Passthrough Question

Can someone please confirm that lossless audio passthrough is possible with the following setup?

Intel NUC running Win10 + Plex HTPC connected to Denon AVR-X3600H?

Music or audio embedded in video?
Which audio codecs? (This is different for every AVR and also depends somewhat on the HDMI port in your PC.)

Audio embedded in video.

Dolby TrueHD, DTS-X, and DTS-HD.

I think for all of those you need a HDMI port of at least v1.2
If we are talking about 4K video, you need v1.4 at least, if I’m not mistaken – including HDMI cables which are specified accordingly.

You open the settings of Plex HTPC (in the left side bar, at the bottom)
Audio
then select the HDMI interface (instead of ‘Auto’)
and set the Type of interface to HDMI

Then you will get checkboxes for each audio format underneath.
Check those which are supported by your AVR.
This will probably only work, if you wire up your PC and AVR in this way:
PC → AVR → TV
with all connections being HDMI (and not optical or SPDIF)
