Lost ability to play videos in one video library and random files in other video libraries

I was going through settings on my Plex Server to maximize security, also did a version upgrade in the process. Now I can no longer access one of my video libraries from my Windows desktop. I can no longer watch Live TV from my network tuners though I seem to be able to record and then play the video back. Also from my Roku Plex player in another room I have lost access to the same library plus seemingly random videos in other libraries. I cannot watch live TV from my tuners on the Roku either. Still photos and music files appear to be unaffected. What the heck is going on?

So what did you change?
Did you perhaps set “Secure Connections” to “Required”? If you did, set it back to “Preferred”, then restart the plex server.

I Know I’m a fool in that I don’t remember all I’ve changed. I do know that I did not set security to required. What is crazy is that some videos play fine, as always, on my Roku yet seemingly random others will not. Also I am able to record off my TV tuners but not view live TV from them.
I’m wondering if I should just delete everything (not the media obviously) and do a fresh installation of Plex.

I there a way to reset everything in Plex Server to default settings?
