Lost access to my Plex Server

For some reason the password on my Plex Server no longer works

I tried the lost password option but it wants email and I have no idea what email I used

I whitelisted my subnet so it would normally not require a login but that seems to have changed.

How do I get back into my server and how do I stop this from happening again password was stored securely in Lastpass and has not been changed?

The password in Lastpass should also have an accompanying email address or user name.

Dig through your old emails from back when you created the Plex account.

On Windows, you should also be able to glean the used email address from the registry, in the branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server.
