Lost access to my server

I got the Email and logged into PLEX and changed my Password and my other TV clients. NOW everything is missing like my HDhomerun for Comcast ! What is going on ?

That is expected.
By resetting the password you have invalidated all access tokens for all Plex clients and the Plex server.
Which means that your Plex server has currently no connection to your plex account.
And your Plex Pass is connected with your Plex account.
And the TV/DVR functionality is dependent on a Plex Pass.

Restore access to your plex account in your web browser. Simply log out, clean cookies from plex.tv, clear the browser cache, then log in at Sign In | Plex
Then re-claim your server (i.e. connect it to your plex account) by going to http://ip-of-your-server:32400/web
(You must use the local IP address of your server machine. You cannot use the hosted web app or a domain name you might have set up.)

After re-claiming the server, I recommend you to let it sit for an hour or so and then re-start it.
