I’m using Win 10. I just completed the latest update and after launching the database was updated. Now I no longer have access to anything. All I see is a local database, which has nothing in it. It didn’t have anything before. I’ve gone through the FAQs and applied the recommendations, but nothing seems to work. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled yet, because I didn’t want to take the chance that the database I want, to get deleted.
Can you clarify what you are saying. The title of the topic is Lost Access to Remote Server but the description says you saw the database being updated on launch - so it means you were local and not remote.
You say it has nothing in it. - where are you seeing that ? on the server directly in Plex Web on http://127.0.0.1:32400/web ?
The logs only cover 10 minutes because of heavy scanning and transcoding activity.
You probably need to wait for the music library scan to complete to start seeing the library. Is it a large library? Logs show 1892 items processed
Are you trying to get to the server remotely ?
I can see that remote access is not working but that could be because you lost the TCP Port Forward for public wan port 32400 to private local port 32400 to the local IP of the server
or it could be that the local IP of the server changed and the port forward is no longer reaching the server - or it could be a firewall issue
