Suddenly cannot access server

Hello,
I have been using Plex media server for years with no problems. I have it running on a new windows 10 machine which is dedicated only to Plex and has all of my media. I also have several users who access the media. This thing has run beautifully until this week. Suddenly at least 2 times per day no one can access my server. “Sorry cannot access server X” is the error message.
No outside users and I cannot access it by directly going on the machine either. the only thing that fixes the problem is rebooting the machine.
I have found my log files - in the user section. the instructions on this site - settings-> manage -troubleshooting don’t work on my app.
The file is so large I don’t know how to present it. also I am afraid of what personal information is there.
The only change to the system has been a mandatory windows 10 update but it was a while back and has not been an issue in the past.
Where do I go from here?

I have been having an issue after the update with Plex I keep losing remote access.I run Freenas.When I’m back in my home network I will reset the connection for remote acces and it works but after a couple of hours it will reset back. Not sure what to do as well.

hmm. I wonder how to roll back to the previous version of Plex?
