So I have been struggling with the widely reported issue of losing access to my server since the password reset. At this point, I have almost lost track of everything that I have tried, but it includes most of the steps outlined in the many posts on this topic.
I am running PMS inside of Docker (unraid) for many years now. After rebooting my server yesterday (for other reasons) I lost access to Plex. My primary issue is that I cannot get to my server interface, only the web client will display. When the first time setup attempts to open, I am hit with the “Unauthorized” page.
At this point, I don’t even care about recovering my library, metadata, etc. I just want to start fresh and rebuild from the start. What is linking my plex account to the “lost” server? Why am I unable to browse to the server interface and add libraries?
I have attached my server logs to this post to help with troubleshooting.
