Server Version#: 1.30.0.6442 running on Asustor NAS
Hello everyone. Plex won’t show artworks for media. It happened ~ 1 month ago but I was hoping future updates will eliminate this bug. But…no way. The problem is that Plex won’t show artworks for
the content which was added recently (during last month). All old media content hasn’t been affected.
I was tried to completely remove Plex from my NAS (including removing cache and library folders), doing some basic steps like “refresh all metadata”, but after installing Plex it shows artworks for old media only, again.
Please help to fix that ! ))))
