Lost, desperate and frustrated, the Plex media server don't see my synology

Server Version#: 1.15.5.994 (but i tried all the version i could…)
Player Version#: I am not even there

i have read the forum, watch countless videos, and still being stuck for the last month, hoping to be able to solve it on my own.
i download and installed the latest version of Plex on my synology, lounch it and it open the app on the webb, I sign it, and then it can’t find the server on my syno. Actually on the midle of the page it ask me to download the Plex media server (which is what I just lounch)
I am just stuck,
no idea what I am doing wrong.
please help

ClaimIt.exe downloaded on a new directory on the nas
SSH is enable already

not sure what “Then connect to the NAS using SSH.” how different is it from connecting through DSM?

It means to get a command line directly on your Synology box

When said, if your workstation is running Windows, you can download the Windows version of ClaimIt, and run it from your workstation as well, and might be a tad more easy, if not custom to SSH

i jusy ran Claimt,
now my syno IP address is 192.168.1.136:5000 but the format of the Claimt is XXX .XXX.XXX. XXX
so the program abort when fetching identifier from PMS

Just type 192.168.1.136 when asked for an IP addy

It means to execute as the administrator of the Syno box, but do go back to the windows version on your workstation, and run as said here:

When asked for an IP, enter the IP address of your Syno box, which as you told me was:
192.168.1.136

i did and it but the format of the IP address in Claims is 4 times 3 digit and not 2 times 3, 1 digit and again 3 digit
(xxx xxx xxx xxx instead of xxx xxx x xxx)
