I had a successful setup of Plex running on my Synology NAS and a Silicon Dust HD Homerun. Everything was working fine for several months. I recently updated the Synology OS because of some vulnerability patches and it looks like the DVR stopped working at the same time. I can log in to the HD Homerun with a web browser, but Plex cannot find the tuner, even if I manually enter the IP address. Any suggestions?
Does the Plex app show that it needs to be updated? Or you at the latest level already?
I ran an update just before posting this message. I’m at the current version.

I’m probably going to cancel my Plex pass. There doesn’t seem to be any active help on the forms and correct me if I’m wrong here, but it looks like there’s no way to email Plex support directly.
