I use Sync to download the last 20 unwatched videos from a folder on my NAS (video library) to my phone. When they have been viewed, they are deleted and the next videos in that library that meet the conditions are downloaded. This doesn’t always work well, but it does most of the time.
The Download function does not let me download with conditions at the library level, but requires manually selecting the videos to download. I hope they add that functionality soon.
You could create a smart playlist, and then download the smart playlist?
