Lost my servers. How to get them back?

Server Version#: linuxserver plex docker on unraid 1.25.8.5663-e071c3d62
Player Version#: access through the webapp on Chrome

All - last week I lost all my servers. I cannot see them through the web interface, and when I try to log into the server using a local IP:32400 it only shows an XML. When I go to plex.tv/desktop I still get the login info for my home group with all 4 users. I can “log in” using my admin user but all I see is this

with no possibility to add libraries.

I have claimed my server, I think, using plex.tv/claim and put that into the docker config. I’m at a total loss here - any ideas please how to get my servers back, and start streaming again??

From what you describe, you forgot to include the /web path when entering the server through its local IP (http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web).

As for losing your servers in the first place… did you by chance change your account password and opt to sign-out all devices? That option will also sign-out your server(s). So you indeed have to access them through the bundled version of Plex Web (accessing it’s local IP from within the same subnet) to reclaim the server.
