Lost Old Device - Need to Remove 2FA

Hi There,

I am trying to reach out to technical support on this one as I need to have the 2FA on my Plex account removed . I had the authenticator on my old phone (alongside backup codes) which has now been lost. I have replaced my device but no longer have that information and need to be able to verify myself otherwise to get that removed so that I may log in again and set it up on the new device. Can I please be director for help

Losing your 2FA recovery codes is not good.

You can try reaching out to the billing department, they also handle account issue. Contact | Plex

No guarantees though. The point of 2FA is to prevent access without the authenticator or recovery code.
