Locked out of account

I am currently locked out of my Plex account on my mobile device. I accidentally wiped the phone and lost my 2FA app, along with the Recovery stored in it (bad decision making). I’ve, however, access to Plex on my PC still (logged in) and I can provide any verification needed in order to remove 2FA and let me log in on my device again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you store / print the recovery keys?
You’ll need one of those to remove/deactivate the 2FA.

Yes, that’s the thing, It was on the device (foolish) that I wiped.

I heard that people have gotten their accounts back from Plex Team, hopefully someone can help out.
