I am currently locked out of my Plex account on my mobile device. I accidentally wiped the phone and lost my 2FA app, along with the Recovery stored in it (bad decision making). I’ve, however, access to Plex on my PC still (logged in) and I can provide any verification needed in order to remove 2FA and let me log in on my device again.
I already wrote a ticket in the ‘Billing’ section, is that ok? Because I am not sure if that fits the criteria, however its the only one I have the option to write down in.
