Hi, i bought a new TV : Philips 50PUS8545 and i try Plex.
But big trouble, lot of film doesnt work, when i try to play one of these, loading a few secondes and message appear :
“Cant load this media”
For exemple, i try a film with video Codec H264 and audio Codec AC3 : doesnt work.
Another one : * Codec HEVC and * Codec AAC : doenst work

Do i need to some settings on Plex app on Android TV ? The TV can’t transcode on other codec himself?
