I’ve been getting quite a few errors on various files. It’s inconsistent but only started happening with the new update. Logs and screenshot attached.
I’m having the same issue, not quite constantly, but very very frequently.
Same issue here, happens with the plex for desktop app for me. Does not seem to happen with the HTPC software.
No reports from my users of any issues.
in case people have missed it. The solution is to disable all scanning for now until they can patch it.
Only part of a work around as anything that refreshes the web app will cause the error. Scanning does this as do other server functions.

Getting the same issue, thought it might have been due to a transcode drive that was past its prime, but replaced that and the issue persists. This only started after the most recent update, and the issue persists through a reboot.
