I found that the newly added music file could not load the corresponding lyrics. I have put the lyrics file with the same name in the directory, and the previously added music has no such problem.
Does it say “Can’t load…” when you click the lyrics link, or is it just acting like the lyrics aren’t there (Lyrics link is disabled)?

Can you screenshot the folder showing the files? You tagged this with “server-synology,” which has a linux-based operating system. The linux file system is case-sensitive, so I’m wondering if the filenames are truly identical.
The two Carly Rae Jepsen tracks that have .lrc files look right, as far as filenames go.
I don’t know, I can’t think of anything else that would stop this from working. Hope someone has another idea.

Refresh metadata for the album then post the server logs. I can take a look.
Looks like you are using a custom agent, make sure you have “Local Media Assets (Albums)” enabled for this agent in Settings → Agents.
Further than that I’m not entirely sure, you could try and do a Plex Dance with the album and see if that helps at all.
