Lyrics not available

Hello,

I am facing an issue with music lyrics not being available. I have looked through a few threads and I cannot see anything obvious that I haven’t already attempted to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Key Information:

  1. Lyrics button greyed out (in both the web player and Plexamp android app)
  2. Clean installation to the latest version (TrueNAS Scale app)
  3. PlexPlus subscriber
  4. Based in the UK
  5. Lyrics option selected at the point of creating the library
  6. Attempted a full (and individual) album metadata refresh
  7. The logs indicate that lyrics have been found (one example below)
  8. I’ve attempted this on ~20 ‘common’ albums, option isn’t available
  9. All other elements of the scan has been successful (album artwork, track list etc)

Managed to solve this by deleting the entire library and starting again shrugs
