Lyrics not working for music

I noticed that Lyrics are no longer working on my PMS music folder content.
I don’t often use it. I’m guessing the last time I used it was 5 or 6 weeks ago.

I have a Plex Pass.
The ‘Refresh metadata periodically’ is on.
I did a Refresh All for my music library.

I still don’t see lyrics for any of my music. I’m using Plex and Plexamp for Windows, and for Android, and through the Plex Home web player. None of them are showing lyrics.

I’ve downloaded logs from the server and saw this…

When I look at the PMS settings/plugins it says there are none installed.
I’m wondering if the problem is the agents in use. I looked at Agents and that now shows as ‘Agents (Legacy)’. Should this now be disabled.

I’m not sure what to do.

Is there any way I can adjust PMS to ensure the lyricfind agent gets a chance to run?

Having a look at your full server logs might give some pointers as for what’s going on/wrong. That snippet isn’t giving too much to go with.

Having the same issue here, it was working like last month, then it hasn’t been working for the past few days.

The message is always “There was an error loading the lyrics”

I tried using lrc file, and it’s not loading it anyway.
Same issue is happening with PlexAmp.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Newly added lrc lyric files are not being recognized by Plex in my music library. It was working fine a few weeks ago and lyricfind works sometimes in the web app for some tracks but no lyrics get displayed in plexamp for those same tracks, it just shows a blank screen.
