By manual, are downloading from Plex.tv or are using update indicator in the browser tool bar

They just posted an update , I closed and relaunched the plex app. It didn’t try and update, also there isn’t an option on the dashboard. [Screenshot 2024-09-24 at 09.53.18] I also checked pihole to make sure there was no dns address blocked and it’s not blocking any traffic.

Tried a lot of things for the past couple of months, including things mentioned here. Updates are just not working. Also, it would be nice to have an option to force update manually…

There is definitely an issue here. Thanks for raising @vaxter and everyone else with the extra details. We have an internal issue tracking this problem.

@vaxter and anyone else, this issue should be resolved. There was a backend bug that wasn’t populating the necessary data that the updater needed in order to fetch the latest update.
