Mac Server - No Save button for Agents

I have spent hours trying to make my TV series agents find the series in my libraries. No luck. Seems like this has been an ongoing problem for years? One thing I have noticed is the lack of a “Save Changes” button on the Agents settings. Anyone have insight for me?
