So this was a recent change that occurred. Not previously this way. But on the “home” screen. When you add a new tv show in a folder. There are duplicate entries in the Home Screen of the same show even if there is one season. However, I also have another section just for tv shows and that page shows only one of that tvshow. This seems to be occurring for all tv shows that have been recently added.
I’m not sure if this can be a “recent change” if you’re on a server version that’s been released 2 years ago
I’m not sure what hubs you’re referring here. The home screen’s “Recently Added TV Shows” will group new additions based on when you added them… IIRC it’ll group files episodes/season you’ve added over a period of 20 hours into a single item:
If you only added 1 episode, this episode will be displayed
If you added multiple episodes or an entire season, Plex will display that episode in Recently Added
If you added episodes from multiple seasons up to an entire show, the Recently Added hub will display an item representing the show.
So if you’ve added a season 2 days ago and another season today, you’ll see 2 entries for the same show in the Recently Added hub (each representing a separate season).
I guess that’s what you’re talking about?!
It’s the strangest thing. Now those interfaces are back. The option to customize has also returned.

Thats the thing this wasn’t displayed in the “home” screen. The option wasn’t even there before when trying to customize. It has returned now.
So if you’ve added a season 2 days ago and another season today, you’ll see 2 entries for the same show in the Recently Added hub (each representing a separate season). I guess that’s what you’re talking about?!
However, the duplicate show entries are still there. I’ve added shows with 4/3/2 seasons at a time and there are two identical entries showning on the home page. Previously it didn’t happen like this so I’m a bit confused why now?
