My Windows died so I have to do a complete reinstall. I reinstalled Plex and setup all my libraries. Most of the metadata was downloaded and correct. I remembered I had to install my additional agents so I added them to the plu-in folder and restarted the server. EVERYTHING I did was gone. It saved nothing. I have never had this much difficulty setting this thing up. Any ideas what the problem is?
Your server might have run under a different Windows user account (immediately after the installation, this might have been the Administrator account).
Since Plex is storing its data in the Users folder, they can only be accessed if the server is always started under the same Windows user account.
You could try and copy the complete Plex data folder from the admin account to the user account which you normally use.
Take the registry branch as well.
