Main Account can't see media, but Managed Acccounts can

I’ve got an odd problem. My main Plex account can’t see any media on my server. It says it can’t connect to the server at all. I’m not sure how long this has been happening, as I don’t tend to go into it often, instead watching via Managed Accounts set up for me, my wife and my kids.

All of the Managed Accounts can see everything fine, say the server is located on the local network without issue and generally function as they have always done.

If I create a new Managed Account, it’s the same as my main Plex account and can’t see anything.

I’ve tried accessing via two different LG web-OS televisions, a couple of Android devices and my laptop running Windows 10 using Firefox to go through the web player. I’ve tried rolling back the server version to a previous one, and installing the latest available I have access to. Nothing changes.

I’m looking into how to get hold of the logs now, but in the meantime I thought I’d ask if anyone had any suggestions for something obvious I might have missed?

For anyone else that has an issue like this, it turned out to be that I had set the wrong address for DNS in the NAS settings.

I am using a Pi-Hole and I switched it to a wired connection. Everything else updated automatically, but for some reason I had manually set network details for the NAS.
