Can't view my plex server or content libraries via primary account but I can via a managed account

I have been running Plex Server in a container on my local network for about 18 months. Today I opened the plex client and I cannot see the contents of my local Plex server. The server doesn’t even appear in the client (no library or anything). In the settings, there is a section for my account, and a section for the client (e.g. plex web), but there is no section for the plex server itself.

However, if I switch user and login via a managed account I have, I can see the library fine and play content from it.

I have the same issue in plex web (via http://localipaddress:32400/web), plex for Windows, and Plex on Android.

I’ve also just noticed that my docker image is 1.40.3.8555-fef15d30c-ls219, but in my authorised devices section of my settings in plex web, the plex server reports version 1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e (and the timestamp is 5 days ago). Not sure if that gives a clue.

Any ideas?

Edit: I’ve also tried rolling back to the previous docker image version (1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e) but there is no change.

I discovered that the plex client was left open on one of my computers. This client is still able to access my library and play the content with no problems using my main account.

My main account is still broken on all other clients. On the android clients it says that the library is “currently unavailable”.

I have the exact same issue. I’m interested to see how to fix that.

No ideas from anyone? Would be great if a Plex employee chime in and take a look at some logs that I don’t want to upload to the forums because they contain identifying information.

Updated my container image to 1.40.3.8555 and it’s now working again.
