Main user no Plex but other users have access

Good day,

myself the main user has nothing showing on my plex, says my home screen is empty, also nothing to pin or add from left hand side bar. But when i switch to another user (my wifes profile) all is working and shows everything as intended.
This happens often and after a few (5+ restarts) the main user has access as before.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
