MakeMKV rips failing to play

I generally rip UHD files to MKV with DVDfab, but I am trying a new method on a few of them that I am having audio sync issues that I can’t resolve. First I rip to ISO with DVDfab and then I rip that ISO to MKV with MakeMKV. When playing the resulting file on my PC, it seems to have resolved the audio sync issue, but now when I try to play the file on my ipad I get an error that says “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” I have looked in the basic view of Media Info and I cannot tell that anything is necessarily off. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I figured it out. It seems that I needed to scan my collection after replacing the existing file.
